it was immense.
i could actually gush about it all day, i LOVED it! <3
when we got to the theatre we discovered we were to be given better seats because the upper circle was closed for the performance, result!
everything about the show was great.. the absolute campness of it all, the costumes, the songs and of course the extremely hot men! ;]
john barrowman's performance was fantastic. i always knew he had a powerful voice but to hear it first hand was something else! when he was singing 'i am what i am' i actually had goosebumps, no joke. i had one of those moments when you can't believe your lucky enough to be experiencing this, one of those 'once in a lifetime' moments, you know?
john starred opposite simon burke who was playing the part of georges. i hadn't heard of him before but he can definitely count me as a fan from now on, he was brilliant! i've since downloaded his album purely for the song 'songs on the sand' from the show.
AND as if all that wasn't good enough i got to meet john at the stage door and got my poster signed! XD

i hope i never grow out of this fan girl thing. it's lots of fun <3
